We have so benefited from our association with WGS and Karen & Jim Hansen. The community of Walnut has been welcoming as well. Marlene and I remember that many strangers stopped what they were doing and answered questions and gave directions.
Now in our late 80’s and Living in. The Virginia Gay Hospital and Rehab. Center in Vinton,Iowa we enjoy reading the written words and hope those coming after we have died can profit by it. 01-31-2025.

I enjoyed reading my grandparents stories. I know my grandma Mariann (Green) Martens loved her group. I am continuing in her footsteps now in working on my family tree.
